1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "vipiny" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at vipiny.net, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the platform.
• "Platform" means the vipiny website at vipiny.net, including all subpages, applications, and associated services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on vipiny or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the vipiny Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their vipiny account that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account by vipiny that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time by vipiny.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the vipiny Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vipiny with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" in these Terms shall refer to both the individual accessing the Platform and the entity on whose behalf access is made.

vipiny reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond a notification posted on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the vipiny Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard legal requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. vipiny does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of vipiny, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of vipiny complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously been suspended, banned, or excluded from the vipiny Platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

vipiny reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting, and other features on vipiny, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all vipiny accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on vipiny. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information required. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any and all activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active will be treated as your own activity and your liability.
• Immediate notification of unauthorized access. You must notify vipiny immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• KYC verification. vipiny may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

vipiny reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vipiny Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• vipiny accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱200.00 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your vipiny account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. vipiny is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the vipiny Platform. vipiny is not a financial institution and does not provide deposit accounts for non-gaming purposes.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not be permitted to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vipiny account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• vipiny aims to process approved withdrawal requests on the same business day for GCash and Maya. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• vipiny reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests pending security, fraud, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe.
• Bonus balances that have not satisfied wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before requirements are met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

vipiny may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are separate from your Real Money Balance. Real money funds are used in wagering before bonus funds unless specified otherwise.
• Unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise, bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically after this period.
• vipiny reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household address, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• vipiny reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount, together with any winnings generated from that bonus, if it determines that the bonus was obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the vipiny Platform — including live dealer games, slots, jackpot games, bingo, and sports betting — are subject to individual game rules that form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• All random number generator (RNG) based games on vipiny use certified RNG systems. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG table game is determined by the game provider and is fixed.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing procedures conducted by trained dealers and captured on live camera feeds. vipiny does not alter live dealer outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's Real Money Balance. Where a game round has been partially completed, vipiny will determine the outcome at its reasonable discretion.
• Sports betting odds are set by vipiny and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.
• vipiny reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest pricing error.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipiny Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vipiny staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vipiny Platform — including but not limited to the vipiny name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, audio, video, and data — is the intellectual property of vipiny or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Download, copy, or reproduce any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.
• Use any vipiny trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of vipiny intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact vipiny at [email protected].

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vipiny shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Service disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vipiny's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

vipiny reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Player self-exclusion request submitted through vipiny's Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon account closure, vipiny will return any remaining Real Money Balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and AML review. Bonus balances are not returnable upon account closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vipiny support. Account closure requests typically take up to 5 business days to process.

12 Responsible Gaming

vipiny is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, and vipiny actively supports players who wish to manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your account.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of time spent in active gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the vipiny Platform through the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings or by contacting support.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time elapsed during gaming sessions.

13 Privacy

vipiny will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact vipiny's support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. vipiny will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 15 business days of receiving formal written notification.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests.
